About this Speaker
Laurie Hall, RScP, CPC-S, PSAP, is a Certified Partner Coach, a licensed Pastoral Counselor, and a certified Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional. She is Past President of the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists. Founded by pioneers of the trauma approach for treating betrayal, APSATS trains and certifies therapists and coaches worldwide and advocates for the recovery and treatment needs of partners of sex addicts. She is a member of The International Critical Incident Stress Management Foundation as well as the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals.
In addition to her private practice supporting addicts and partner of addicts, Laurie developed a first-in-the-nation Partner Support Program for the Begin Again Institute in Boulder, Colorado. She is the author or co-author of four books, including “An Affair of the Mind,” which sold more than 125,000 copies and was translated into three languages. In her work as a journalist, Laurie has published more than 500 articles in regional, national, and international publications. She has lectured nationally on sexuality, addiction, forgiveness, spirituality and ethics for the helping professional.
